Educational Software Client

September 20, 2022

During a time of education industry upheaval, Lee Ann ideated, developed, and led a strategy execution roadmap for a newly launched business unit that focuses on high stakes academic testing at the State level. Worked with State Department of Education leaders, market and UX researchers, industry specialists, and research scientists to understand the long-standing market problems of K-12 educators and those introduced by the pandemic conditions. Assembled cross-functional leadership teams to prioritize, define, and design new State testing solutions that provided teachers with at least six additional days of classroom time, replaced spreadsheet-based data exchange with standardized, secure data interoperability solutions, and led the design of immediate, actionable reporting which previously had not been available until the following academic year, when it is not useful to student academic differentiation.
