Performed as an SAP SD functional analyst on a sales and distribution implementation project for one of the world’s largest tobacco products manufacturers. Performed a detailed requirements definition, gap analysis, process/data mapping, scripting, customization, and development effort of the company’s order processing, shipping, billing, and credit management requirements. Designed gap solutions and coordinated enhancement developments. Conducted training and end-user testing sessions. Scope of project included SD, MM, and FI.
